Munich Jewish: München City Guide, Bayern, Oktoberfest, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Dachau

  • Passau

The prosperous town of Passau is located at the confluence of 3 rivers. The Town Hall with its colorful facade, dating from medieval times, and the outstanding Glass Museum at the banks of the river Danube catch the eye before you walk uphill to the majestic baroque Cathedral. In 1928, the biggest organ in the world was installed there. From Passau, river cruises on the Danube leave to Vienna, Budapest and further southeast as far as into Rumania.
